Deposit and Cancellation Policy
For first-time clients, we require a non-refundable deposit to book an event with us. The deposit amount will vary based on the scope of your event and needs – please speak with your event specialist for deposit amounts.
We understand not all circumstances can be planned for and will work with you to the best of our abilities should you need to cancel your event. We require a 3 days’ notice to cancel a Struck Catering event without incurring charges. You will be charged in full for your event order if you cancel on the day prior or on the day of your event date.
Delivery Policy
To ensure the quality of your catered items, we will deliver your food and any other event equipment rentals. You can expect punctual delivery by a team of professionally dressed and discreet staff. All catered orders and prices include disposable plates, napkins, forks and knives, and your food will arrive in disposable trays.

For your convenience, we can help you arrange for the rental of china, glassware, silverware, chafing dishes, linens, tables, chairs, tents and more, at an additional cost. For equipment rentals and catering equipment, we will arrange for a pick up time to return and gather all the items following your event.
Our delivery is available Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are based on availability. Please note there is an additional delivery fee to your event charge. Our current delivery options are as follows:
